Alpina has releases first images and few details for the new 2012 ALPINA B6 Bi-Turbo Cabriolet, which is based on the new BMW 6-Series Convertible. Alpina�s B6 Bi-Turbo Cabrio will make debut later on September 13th at Frankfurt Auto Show.
The exterior package includes modified front bumper, perhaps a bit different rear one and some badging. The interior also receives plenty of luxurious, bespoke upgrades.
Visually, the car receives the usual ALPINA treatment with a new front apron, which has carbon flaps and a carbon lip at the bottom.
Powered with the modified 4.4-L twin-turbocharged V8 engine capable of producing 507HP with 700Nm (516.3 lb-ft) of peak torque delivered between 3,000 and 4,750 rpm.
Therefore, the revised model is able to develop extra 100 horses and 100 Nm of torque. These improvements let the German model to sprint from standstill to 100 km/h about 0,2 second faster.
